A TTE is not included in this SOW, but we can prepare a separate <br />SOW if Kittitas County would like assistance in designing and delivering the TTE. <br />IR Playbooks <br />These playbooks are designed to provide specific guidance on various common <br />attack/breach scenarios, including step -by-step instructions on response and recovery. <br />Kittitas County Resource Requirements <br />Achieving Kittitas County’s objectives will require active participation from both the Lumifi <br />Cyber Project Team as well as Kittitas County’s own personnel. To ensure the timely and <br />successful completion of this project, Kittitas County should expect at least the following <br />resource time commitments from its own personnel: <br />• A Project Manager should be assigned to the project to serve as the single point of <br />contact for the Lumifi Cyber Project Team (Kittitas County may choose to assign the <br />Project Sponsor and Project Manager role to the same person). This role will require <br />a commitment of approximately 4 -6 hours during the course of the project. <br />• Additionally, the following activities and estimated time allocations will be performed <br />as part of the project in which Kittitas County -identified staff will participate: <br />o Kick-off meeting – Interview on IR processes: 1 -2 hours <br />o Playbook Development and Review: 1-2 hours <br />Project Initiation Meeting <br />Lumifi Cyber recognizes the value of communication and ongoing collaboration with our <br />customers. As such, we include a project initiation meeting (kick -off meeting) with all of <br />our engagements. During the meeting, Lumifi Cyber will address the following topics: <br />• Introduce key people at Kittitas County and Lumifi Cyber <br />• Exchange contact information (for regular reporting and emergencies) <br />• Review scope of services <br />• Review communication, notification, and issue escalation procedures <br />• Discuss other specific Kittitas County requests and rules of engagement <br />• Discuss the involvement of the Kittitas County staff in the project for the purpose of <br />knowledge transfer and security
