All rights reserved. <br />PRIVATE - Controlled by Lumifi Cyber <br /> <br />7/15 <br />PRIVATE - Controlled by Lumifi Cyber <br />Service Description and Scope <br />This section provides a description of services, scope of activity, and required support <br />requirements associated with the services. <br />Scope of Activity <br />The scope outlined below depicts the scope of activity associated with this engagement. <br />Table 1: Scope of the Security Services <br />Activity or Focus Scope & Delivery Requirements <br />IR Plan <br />Development <br />Up to 4 meetings to establish a comprehensive and formal incident <br />management framework based on defined and managed processes <br />for incident notification, communications, documentation, lessons <br />learned, training, testing and auditing <br />IR Plan Development <br />Our Approach will execute the following tasks: <br />• Review of current Incident Management practices, processes and documentation <br />• Conduct a Gap Analysis against Standards of Good Practice and compliance with <br />regulations <br />• Develop new programmatic components with the establishment and implementation <br />of comprehensive, defined, managed, and measurable incident management <br />processes <br />• Develop/Amend/Enhance (existing) security policies and practices for incident <br />monitoring and management <br />• Develop a customized incident response plan and methodology guide (based on <br />industry-leading policies, guidelines, and processes) to provide a step -by-step <br />process for detecting and responding to incidents occurring within your organization. <br />Serving as a r oadmap for effective incident response, the methodology guide includes <br />decision matrices for establishing incident severity, escalation areas, and <br />management decision points <br />• Develop documentation tools, operational procedures, and incident handling guides <br />for consistent and repeatable guidance for the response team <br />• Harmonize existing incident management structures, plans, and guidance documents <br />with the refined Incident Management program objectives
