Provide a Commercial General Liability lnsurance <br />policy, including contractual tiiOitity, written on an occurrence basis, in adequate quantity to protect <br />against legd liiOitity arising out of Subgrant activity but no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. <br />Automobile Liability. ln the event that performance pursuant to this Grant involves the use of <br />vehicles, owned or oierated by the Subgrantee, automobile liability insurance shall be required.
