Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/14/25) <br />Page 12 of 28 <br />Assumptions <br />•All work under Task 4.0 will be initiated only upon written authorization from the County. <br />•Task 4.0 is not intended to replace the recurring annual work in Tasks 1.0 through 3.0; it addresses only <br />out-of-scope, non-routine items. <br />•Routine SEL inspections, maintenance, and annual reporting remain the County’s responsibility. <br />•A budget of $20,000 per year is included as a placeholder for on-call work. <br />•All work will be billed on a time and materials basis and authorized in advance by the County.
