TASK ORDER 2025-01 <br />HANGAR TAXILANE COMPLEX PHASE 1 DESIGN <br />AIP-3-53-0026-024-2025 <br />SCHEDULE OF SERVICES <br />J-U-B will perform all services according to the following schedule: <br />April 1', 2025 to June 30t'', 2026 <br />This Agreement shall be in effect from April 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026. In the <br />event the services described shall not be completed during the term of this Agreement, <br />the Agreement shall be amended. <br />This schedule shall be equitably adjusted as the PROJECT progresses, allowing for <br />changes in scope, character or size of the PROJECT requested by the CLIENT or for <br />delays or other causes beyond J-U-B`s control. <br />COMPENSATION <br />CLIENT shall pay J-U-B for the identified Services in PART 1 as follows: <br />Preliminary and Final Design Phase. The CLIENT shall compensate J-U-B on <br />the basis of a lump sum amount One Hundred Eighty -Four Thousand, One <br />Hundred Seventy Dollars and No Cents ($184,170.00). See Attachment 1 B <br />for a detailed cost breakdown. <br />This Task Order No. 2025-01 will become part of the referenced AGREEMENT when <br />executed by both parties.
