15. Att parties to this intertocat Agreement agree to cooperate and make good faith efforts to <br />assist one another in futfitting its terms. <br />16. The parties to this tntertocat Agreement do not intend to assume any contractual <br />obtigations to anyone other than the parties to this [ntertocat Agreement. The parties do <br />not intend that there be any third-party beneficiaries. <br />17. No partiestothis tntertocatAgreementshatthavethe righttotransferorassign, in <br />whote or in part, any or att of its obtigations and rights hereunder withoutthe prior <br />written consent of authorized representatives of the other parties- <br />1 g. This intertocal Agreement may be amended, attered, or changed in any manner by the mutual <br />written consent of an authorized representatives of at[ parties herein. <br />1g. Gopies of this tntertocat Agreement, together with the resotutions of a[[ parties' <br />governing bodies' approvaI and ratification of this lntertocat Agreement, shalt be posted <br />on the County's website after execution of the lntertocal Agreement by att parties. <br />20.ln the event any titigation shoutd arise from this lntertocaI Agreement, the venue of such <br />action of titigation shatt be in the superior court of the state of washington in and for the <br />county of Kittitas. The taw of the state of washington shat[ govern this Agreement. <br />21.|f anyterm orcondition of this tntertocaL Agreement or the apptication thereof toany <br />person(s) or circumstances is hetd invatid, such invatidity shatL not affect other terms, <br />conditions or applications which can be given effect without the invatid term, condition <br />or apptication.
