Funds must be prioritized for preserving and maintaining existing <br />programs and service levels, as reported to Commerce in the SFY 2024 Annual Expenditure Report <br />COMMERCE, defined as the Department of Commerce, and the Contractor, as defined above, acknowledge and accept <br />the terms of this Contract and Attachments and have executed this Contract on the date below and warrant they are <br />authorized to bind their respective agencies.
