EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Contractor will purchase an 8-unit property currently under development at 211 S. Pearl St. <br />in Ellensburg, Washington. Resident income will not exceed 60% AM I, with availability to <br />serve between 30% and 50%AMI. <br />Contractor will refer to their approved documents submitted through the funding request <br />process for the 2025 Affordable Housing Grant.
