BOX 926 / 103 EAST 4TH AVE, SUITE 209 <br />ELLENSBURG, WA 98926 <br />509-925-9747 FAX: 509-962-3031 <br />February 24111, 2025 <br />RE: Change Order Proposal 22— Retaining Wall Drain and Roof Drains at Transfer Station Building <br />We are offering the described work and pricing below as a Change Order Proposal to account for additional costs <br />due to design changes proposed by the Owner. <br />Plan Sheet C5A was provided with revisions detailing a drainage envelope being installed on the west side of both <br />retaining walls running north and south beyond the tunnel wall. The drainage envelope is simply a perforated 4" <br />pipe surrounded in an 18" x 18" square of drain rock and wrapped in fabric. The drain runs the length of the wall <br />and stair area to the south. The pipes daylight out at the lower end of the walls. <br />Plan Sheet C6 was provided with revisions detailing a new collector pipe running along the west edge of the <br />transfer building, stubbing up at each proposed roof drain, and then daylighting to the south at the bottom of the <br />building mound with a splash pad and swale to drain. <br />The total cost of the change order is listed below and broken down on the attached spreadsheet. <br />Change Order Total: $ 17,758.00 <br />No additional contract time will be requested with this proposal. <br />Feel free to contact me with questions or concerns. <br />Sincerely, <br />'6-ya'y Ale'60ir <br />Bryan Nelson <br />Belsaas & Smith Construction, Inc. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
