Ensure that invoices are accurate and have adequate <br />documentation required by the Department of Ecology and Kittitas County. <br />6. Specific to Task 3 Mercer Creek West of Railroad Ave Design and Deliverable 3.4 <br />Conceptual Design: <br />• Conduct all necessary landowner and technical advisory group coordination <br />required for design development; <br />• Identify project goals and objectives and deliver the "Introduction, Goals, and <br />Objectives" Section of the Conceptual Design Report; <br />• Deliver the "Site Characterization" Section of the Conceptual Design Report <br />• Serve as the primM author of the "Alternatives Assessment and Selection" <br />section of the Conceptual Design Reportincorporating content provided by <br />Kittitas County; <br />• Provide Kittitas County with riparian planting_ polygons for incorporation into the <br />design sheets, and <br />• Provide Kittitas County with cost estimates for the preferred alternative riparian <br />planting plan proposal. <br />B. Kittitas County will: <br />1. Review grant agreement WQC-2024-KiCPWD-00228 when it is available for <br />consistency with County policies. <br />2. Enter into the approved grant agreement between Kittitas County and Department of <br />Ecology. <br />3. Invoice Department of Ecology quarterly (at the schedule required by Department of <br />Ecology, or more frequently if needed) for expenses made in implementing the <br />scope of work of the Grant, including Mid -Columbia Fisheries' expenses which will <br />be billed quarterly. <br />4. Reimburse Mid -Columbia Fisheries' invoices in a timely manner. <br />5. Coordinate with Mid -Columbia Fisheries on issues related to the administration of <br />the Grant. <br />6. Specific to Task 3 Mercer Creek West of Railroad Ave Design and Deliverable 3.4 <br />Conceptual Design: <br />• Collect terrain information necessary to inform project design and for <br />incorporation into hydraulic modeling, <br />• Provide conceptual design drawing sheets incorporating the riparian planting <br />polygons provided by MCF <br />• Hydraulically model existing conditions and two restoration scenarios and <br />provide MCF with pertinent content (methods results and figures) for <br />incomoration into the "Alternatives Assessment and Selection" Section of the <br />Conceptual Design Report; and <br />
