The term of this Agreement shall be from its effective date <br />through June 30, 2027 or as otherwise agreed to by the ;rarties as provided in Section l5 or <br />terminated as provided in Section 17. <br />4) Roles and Responsibilities <br />a) WDFW will: <br />D Provide the County with requested information for grant reporting. <br />b) The County will: <br />D Administer the grant agreement and carry out all work required for Task l. <br />ii) Prepare three reports required as contract deliverables: 2.1 (stewardship <br />report), 4.1 (management decision report) and 4.2 (structure inventory, <br />abatement results and outcomes, and areas ofjunk removal). <br />iii) Contract for services that cannot be provided by the Owners directly. <br />c) All Owners will: <br />i) Provide a quarterly report to the County on land management activities <br />funded by the grant agreement. <br />ii) Convene to determine the scope of the cultural resources investigation <br />identified for Task 3 in the grant agreement. <br />iii) Coordinate on issues related to the grant agreement, including but not limited <br />to review of expenses that require a modification to the detailed budget <br />attached as Exhibit C to allocate. <br />5) Payment. Payment shall be made on a reimbursable basis for grant eligible costs, as <br />identified in the detailed budget attached as Exhibit C. Exhibit C also iclentifies grant eligible <br />costs that will be refined and allocated through a modification to this agreement. <br />6) Ililling Procedure. WDFW shall submit invoices monthly. lnvoices are to be sent to: <br />Kittitas County Departn,ent of Public Works Depaffment, 4l I North Ruby, Suite l, <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926, Attn: Arden Thomas, and rvill be paid within thirty (30) days of <br />receipt by the County. lJpon expiration of the Agreernent, any claim fbr payment not already <br />made shall be submitted within 30 days after the expiration date or tennination of the <br />Agreement, whichever is earlier. <br />7) Contract Management. The Agreement adrninistrator for each of the parties shall be <br />responsible fbr and shall be the contact person for all communications and billings regarding <br />the performance of this Agreement. <br />The Agreement administrator fbr WDFW is: JefTBurnham, Assistant Regional Wildlife <br />Program Manager, l70l South 24th Avenue, Yakima, WA 98902-5720.
