The term of this Agreement shall be from its effective date through June 30, 2027 or as otherwise agreed to by the ;rarties as provided in Section l5 or terminated as provided in Section 17. 4) Roles and Responsibilities a) WDFW will: D Provide the County with requested information for grant reporting. b) The County will: D Administer the grant agreement and carry out all work required for Task l. ii) Prepare three reports required as contract deliverables: 2.1 (stewardship report), 4.1 (management decision report) and 4.2 (structure inventory, abatement results and outcomes, and areas ofjunk removal). iii) Contract for services that cannot be provided by the Owners directly. c) All Owners will: i) Provide a quarterly report to the County on land management activities funded by the grant agreement. ii) Convene to determine the scope of the cultural resources investigation identified for Task 3 in the grant agreement. iii) Coordinate on issues related to the grant agreement, including but not limited to review of expenses that require a modification to the detailed budget attached as Exhibit C to allocate. 5) Payment. Payment shall be made on a reimbursable basis for grant eligible costs, as identified in the detailed budget attached as Exhibit C. Exhibit C also iclentifies grant eligible costs that will be refined and allocated through a modification to this agreement. 6) Ililling Procedure. WDFW shall submit invoices monthly. lnvoices are to be sent to: Kittitas County Departn,ent of Public Works Depaffment, 4l I North Ruby, Suite l, Ellensburg, WA 98926, Attn: Arden Thomas, and rvill be paid within thirty (30) days of receipt by the County. lJpon expiration of the Agreernent, any claim fbr payment not already made shall be submitted within 30 days after the expiration date or tennination of the Agreement, whichever is earlier. 7) Contract Management. The Agreement adrninistrator for each of the parties shall be responsible fbr and shall be the contact person for all communications and billings regarding the performance of this Agreement.
