The term otlthis Agreement shall be from its efl'ective date through June 30, 2027 or as othelwise agreed to by the parties as provided in Section l5 or terminated as provided in Seotion 17. 4) Roles and Responsibilities. a) WDFW will: i) Provide the County with requested information for grant reporting. tr) The County will: i) Administer the grant agreement and carry out all work required for Task I ii) Prepare three reports required as contract deliverables: 2.1 (stewardship report), 4.1 (management decision report) and 4.2 (structure inventory, abatement results and outcomes, and areas ofjunk removal). iii) Contract for services that cannot be provided by the Owners directly. c) All Owners will: i) Provide a quarterly report to the County on land management activities funded by the grant agreement. ii) Convene to determine the scope of the cultural resources investigation identified for Task 3 in the grant agreement. iii) Coordinate on issues related to the grant agreement, including but not limited to review of expenses that require a modification to the detailed budget affached as Exhibit C to allocate. 5) Payment. Payment shall be rnade on a reirnbursabie basis for grant eligible costs, as iclerrtified in tl-re detailed budget attached as Exhibit C. Exhibit C also iderrtifies grant eligible costs that will be refined and allocated through a modificatiorr to this agreement. 6) Billing Procedure. WDFW shall submit invoices monthly. lnvoices are to be sent to: Kittitas County Department of Public Works Depaftment, 4l I North Ruby, Suite l, Ellensburg, WA 98926, Attn: Arden Thomas, and rvill be paid within thirty (30) days of receipt by the County. Upon expiration of the Agreement, any claim for payment not already made shall be submitted within 30 days after the expirption date or termination of the Agreement, whichever is earlier. 7) Contract Managernent. 'l'he Agreement adrninistrator for each of the parties shall be responsible fbr and shall be the contact person 1'or all communications and billings regarding the performance of this Agreement.
