ROSLYN RIDGE WEST FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />Application Statement by Blue Jay Land Company, Applicant <br />This Final Development Plan is for Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 of the Roslyn Ridge <br />West planned Unit Development as recommended for approval by the Kittitas County <br />Hearing Examiner on January znd,2025, and attached hereto as Exhibit A. This <br />recommendation was approved by the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners on <br />March 4,2025, by Ordinance2O23-0002 attached hereto as Exhibit B. Also attached <br />hereto as Exhibit C is a true and correct copy of the Kittitas County Code Chapter 17 '36 <br />Planned Unit Development Zoning Code as it existed March 17,2425. <br />A copy of the approved site plan is attached hereto as Exhibit D. <br />pursuant to chapter 17.36.090(2) and confirmed in a meeting with Kittitas County <br />Community Development Services (CDS) Planning Manager, Jamey Ayling, the <br />applicant is filing the Final Development Plan for this Planned Unit Development in <br />stages for each Phase of the project. The decision to file this Final Development Plan in <br />stages was approved with a written letter to Mr. Ayling on March 19, 2025, a copy of <br />which is attached hereto as Exhibit E. This document is for the Roslyn Ridge West Final <br />Development Plan Phases 1,2, and 3 of the approved Roslyn Ridge West Planned Unit <br />Development preliminary proposal as established by Ordinance2O23-0002, which is <br />included herein as Exhibit C. <br />The requirements for the creation of a Planned Unit Development Final Development <br />plan are included in Kittitas County Code 17.36.040: Submittal requirements - Final <br />Development Plan. This Final Development Plan for the Roslyn Ridge West Planned <br />Unit Development has been created to address all the relevant sections and sub- <br />sections of Kittitas County Code 17.36.040.
