The proposed development includes smaller lot sizes but does not er(ceed the <br />overall allowable density forthe property with the transfer of development rights. KCC 17.36 <br />allows limited departures from underlying minimum lot sizes upon successfitl application for <br />a rezone to a P[ID, provided that the underlying z"oning density is respected. An open record public hearing was held after legal notice, on December 17,2024' <br />14. Appearing and testifying on behalf of theApplicant was Laura Hinkle. IVts. Hinkle indicated that she <br />*as an agent authorized to appear and speak on behalf of the property owner and applicant. She <br />indicated that the applicant agreed with the StaffReport and had no objection to any of the proposed <br />Conditions ofApprbvd. She indicated tlrat the applicant would have a recrcation management plan as <br />recommended by Washington State Department ofFish and Wildlife. <br />15. AIso testifying for the applicant was Pat Deneen. Mr.Deneen confirmed that he had met with <br />Washington Stite Department of Fish and Wildlife onsite and they would workwith Fish and Wildlife <br />to develop a recreation plan. <br />16.
