Feedback on <br />Partnership goals, direction, and projects will occasionally be requested via online surveys and <br />email requests. <br />o Act in a professional and ethical manner and avoid any conflict of interest that might influence <br />the CONTRACTOR's actions or judgernent. <br />o Disclose irnmediately to ECOLOGY any interest, direct or indirect, that might be construed as <br />prejudicial in any way to the professional judgrnent of the CONTRACTOR in rendering service <br />under tlris Agreement. <br />o CONTRACTORS will atternpt to provide 40% of their services (visits and unique program <br />elements) to businesses located within overburdened communities of Washington State. The <br />Overburdened Communities of Washington State map provided by the Office of Financial <br />Management is used to determine if businesses are located within an overburdened community.2 <br />. CONTRACTORS are required to identiff facilities withirr Overburdened Communities irr <br />Washington State during data entry into the Local Source Corrtrol Database. <br />Key staff, estirnated FTE, and their roles are identified in Table l. Please note, this is an estimate of time <br />dedicated to this contract over the full two years of the contract; quarterly invoicirrg must reflect actual <br />hours worked even if hoLrrs are higher or lower than the FTE estimate. <br />Key personnel changes (staff or tnanager leaving, new hires, etc.) must be repofted to the Pollution <br />Preventiorr Assistance Coordinator within ten (10) business days. Changes to key personnel must be <br />docr-rmented with Lrpdated copies of the key staff table. <br />Table 1.2:Staff Table <br />Section 2. Technical Assistance Visits <br />The CONTRACTOR will corrduct technical assistance site visits to small quantity generators of <br />dangerous wastes, and to businesses or organizations that have the potential to pollute stormwater. <br />Approximately 60oh of tlie visits will be Initial Visits. If InitialVisits fall below 600%, combined Initial <br />Visits and Follow-Up Visits must account for at least 80% of the total visits.
