<br />Six-Year Plan Page 1 <br /> <br />0BSix-Year Plan <br />Introduction <br />The Six-Year Plan shows capital improvements that are needed to provide adequate public <br />facilities in Kittitas County. The County either directly provides these capital improvements or <br />coordinates with other agencies to provide them. The Six-Year Plan is reviewed and updated <br />annually. Annual updates are made to correct or modify project costs, revenue sources, and dates <br />of construction. <br /> <br />The Capital Improvement Program follows a six-year planning format that is oriented toward <br />sufficiently planning growth according to the larger 20-year planning horizon.
