On -site <br />amenities such as modernized concessions, expanded and accessible restrooms, and <br />clearly marked pathways will improve comfort and convenience for all guests. Additionally, <br />areas of the venue will remain accessible for informal community use and recreational <br />gatherings, ensuring the facility is active year -round —not just during headline events. <br />To evaluate the success of these efforts and inform future improvements, the Event Center <br />will implement a feedback and metrics strategy. Digital surveys will be distributed to event <br />attendees to gather real-time insights on visitor satisfaction and experience. <br />Simultaneously, key performance indicators such as ticket sales, concession revenues, <br />and lodging tax collections will be monitored to track economic impact. <br />The long-term outcomes of this multifaceted approach are expected to be substantial. <br />Year-round visitation to Ellensburg and the broader Kittitas County region is projected to <br />rise, driven by expanded programming and improved visitor experience. The local economy <br />will benefit from increased tourism spending, greater demand for accommodations, and a <br />more robust calendar of events. At the same time, the national and international profile of <br />the Ellensburg Rodeo will be elevated, cementing its status as a cultural landmark and a <br />must -visit destination.
