BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2025 - <br />TO DECLARE EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND REVOLVING FUND <br />EQUIPMENT SURPLUS TO THE COUNTY'S NEEDS AND AUTHORIZE DISPOSAL <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund has the following used <br />equipment, which is surplus to the County's needs and to dispose of: <br />E.R. & R. #353 —1988 Caterpillar 950B Wheel Loader <br />VIN #22Z03041 <br />WHEREAS: The Director of Public Works recommends that Kittitas County dispose of said <br />equipment in accordance with RCW 36.34.080; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, after due <br />consideration and in the best interest of the public, does hereby declare the above - <br />named equipment surplus to the county's needs, and authorizes the Director of Public <br />Works to dispose of said equipment in accordance with RCW 36.34.080. <br />DATED this 5th day of August 2025. <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Laura Osiadacz, Chairman <br />Cory Wright, Vice -Chairman <br />Brett Wachsmith, Commissioner <br />
