1.1 RECIPIENT will submit documentation of the procurement process used <br />to procure equipment and services. This may be included in the quarterly <br />PRPR. Documentation must include: <br />. method of vendor notification of bid opportunity <br />. how many bidders were notified <br />. evaluation summary of bids received <br />. award letter or notice of contract award <br />. awarded contractor name, contract number, date contract was <br />executed <br />1.2 RECIPIENT will submit an outreach and engagement plan including key <br />audience, methods of outreach and engagement, and timeline. <br />1.3 RECIPIENT will submit a summary outlining how advisory committee <br />members were chosen and will provide any associated documentation. <br />1.4 RECIPIENT will submit meeting summaries of each advisory committee <br />meeting. <br />1.5 RECIPEINT will submit materials from all community engagement and <br />outreach activities, such as agendas, notes, and presentations, including <br />proof that CCA branding requirements under directive 24-01 are <br />satisfied. <br />1.6 RECIPIENT will submit a copy of any survey(s) conducted related to <br />this agreement and a summary of responses received. <br />1.7 RECIPIENT will submit a summary of community engagement that <br />summarizes input received from all outreach and engagement activities <br />and includes: <br />. Estimated number of people engaged <br />. Description of events or activities <br />. Community priorities to address criteria air pollution emissions <br />. RECIPIENT must adhere to all requirements outlined in the grant guidelines for this <br />program.
