RECIPIENT must adhere <br />to all requirements outlined in the grant guidelines for this program. Eligible costs must be directly related to and necessary for <br />the purpose of the grant, which is to conduct community engagement, develop, and implement projects to reduce criteria air <br />pollution. See page 15 of the grant guidelines for more information. <br />Overhead/indirect costs may not exceed 25Yo of salaries and benefits. <br />Administrative costs are eligible for reimbursement under this grant agreement. All administrative costs must be necessary for <br />and directly related to the purpose of the grant, which is to conduct community engagement, develop, and implement projects <br />to reduce criteria air pollution. Reimbursement requests for administrative costs must include staff name, position, hourly rate, <br />hours worked, and work completed. <br />The RECIpIENT must have a standard procurement process and follow current Washington State procurement laws for the <br />solicitation of bids and the selection of vendors and contractors for the performance of any grant-assisted work. RECIPIENT <br />must provide documentation confirming procurement requirements are followed. Documentation for both equipment and <br />services must include: <br />. method of vendor notification of bid opportunity <br />. how many bidders were notified <br />. evaluation summary of bids received <br />. award letter or notice of contract award <br />. awarded contractor name, contract number, date contract was executed <br />This contract is supported with funding from Washington's Climate Commitment Act and funded must satisfy the requirements <br />of directive 24-01, detailed in the Agreement Specific Terms and Conditions. <br />Task Goal Statement: <br />Conduct community outreach and engagement through workshops, surveys, and interviews to gather Ellensburg residents' input <br />on criteria air pollution concerns and potential solutions <br />Task Outcome: <br />Community feedback, key concerns, and proposed solutions to reduce local criteria air pollution concerns <br />Recipient Task Coordinator: Recipient Grant Manager <br />Deliverables <br />Number Description Due Date <br />Template Version l0/30/201 5
