4) Maintain a Monitoring Plan: The COUNTY agrees that not later than December <br /> 31, 2026,the COUNTY will provide to the COMMISSION an update regarding the <br /> status of its monitoring plan, including any changes that have been made since <br /> its original submission prior to or on July 1, 2024. The SCC encourages the <br /> COUNTY to use the Watershed Monitoring Project Development Guide for the <br /> Voluntary Stewardship Program in Washington, Volume III to further develop or <br /> amend the plan, but will not require its use in such amendments.The monitoring <br /> plan shall be designed to continue to facilitate the collection, analysis, and <br /> reporting of information for VSP. <br /> 5) Ensure that the COMMISSION has the most recent version of the COUNTY's VSP <br /> work plan by providing to the COMMISSION's Project Officer, identified herein <br /> in APPENDIX D — RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS, the most current version of the <br /> COUNTY's VSP work plan, which includes all attachments and / or appendices. <br /> This can be accomplished by sending the COMMISSION an electronic link which <br /> the COMMISSION can use to download the plan. <br /> 6) Provide to the COMMISSION's VSP Contract Manager, no later than 120 days <br /> from the date this agreement is signed by the COUNTY, an Operating budget <br /> designed to ensure all requirements related to VSP implementation are <br /> accounted for during the performance of this agreement, and to ensure that the <br /> two year and five-year reporting requirements will be met. <br /> VSP 2025-27 Biennium Contract Between the WSCC and County- Page 18 of 23 <br />
