This Agreement shall be effective when executed <br />by both parties and will be renewed every 2 years or earlier if information needs <br />to be updated. <br /> <br />ARTICLE V <br />COMPENSATION <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />5.01 FINANCING. Each party will handle their own activities and utilize their own <br />resources, including the expenditure of their own funds, in pursuing the objectives <br />of this Agreement.
