ATTACHMENT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />THE COUNTY WILL NOT PROCESS PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT UNTIL <br />CONTRACTOR SUBMITS A COMPLETED W-9 (SEE ATTACHMENT "E"). <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work described in Attachment "A", and within <br />thirty (30) days of receiving Contractor's itemized invoice, the County shall pay Contractorthe properly calculated <br />patient co -pays and out-of-pocket expenses for patients covered by insurance or subject to the responsibility of a <br />third -party payor, and the Medicaid reimbursement rate for any prescriptions ordered for uninsured patients not <br />otherwise subject to third -party payor responsibility. <br />Unless otherwise provided herein, Contractor shall be solely responsible for Contractor's expenses. <br />Agreement between Kittitas County Jail and Rosa uers Supermarkets, Inc./Super 1 Pharmacy for prescription services. <br />Page 4 of 17 <br />
