ATTACHMENT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Contractor shall receive prescription medication orders from the County via electronic prescribing (eRx), <br />fax, phone, or written scripts, and timely fill any prescriptions ordered. <br />Contractor shall submit claims to appropriate insurance providers (Medicaid, Medicare, or private <br />insurers) or third -party payors (i.e., United States Marshals Service) as indicated by the County for each patient, <br />and process payments from said insurers/payors <br />Contractor shall calculate patient co -pays and out-of-pocket expenses and submit monthly invoices for <br />those to the County for payment. <br />Contractor shall provide monthly billing reports including revenue summaries, outstanding balances, and <br />aging reports to the County. <br />Agreement between Kittitas County Jail and Rosa uers Supermarkets, Inc./Super 1 Pharmacy for prescription services. <br />Page 3 of 17 <br />
