The consultant must demonstrate the ability to manage projects and coordinate <br />with other design team members, and Kittitas County staff, to ensure the projects <br />as a whole are delivered on time and within budget, with potential risks and <br />opportunities identified. <br />E. Ability to respond to unexpected as well as regularly scheduled requests for <br />services with minimal delay. <br />F. Ability to work collaboratively in a regulatory environment with other agencies, <br />interest groups, and permit applicants. <br />G. Demonstrate successful safety protocols for working under live traffic and within <br />County right of way. <br />5. Hydraulic and Hydrology Services <br />The consultant must provide engineers, technicians, and support staff knowledgeable in: <br />state/federally recognized modeling software (HEC-RAS, SRH-2D, etc.) and standards <br />with specific applications in state and federal hydraulic design standards for County Road <br />and Bridge improvement projects, flood risk reduction projects and updated regulatory <br />flood hazard mapping. <br />The consultant must demonstrate competence and qualifications related to the services <br />being performed including: <br />A. One- and two-dimensional flow model creation (HEC-RAS, SRH-2D, etc.). <br />B. The development of hydrologic and hydraulic data to support the analysis for <br />bridge and culvert replacements projects. <br />C. The development of hydrologic and hydraulic data to support flood risk <br />evaluation and preparation of CLOMR/LOMR applications.". <br />D Stormwater management designs. <br />E. The consultant must demonstrate the ability to coordinate with other team <br />members, stakeholders and Kittitas County staff, to ensure the projects are <br />delivered on time and within budget, with potential risks and opportunities <br />identified. <br />F. Ability to respond to unexpected as well as regularly scheduled requests for <br />services with minimal delay. <br />G. Ability to work collaboratively in a regulatory environment with other agencies, <br />interest groups, and permit applicants. <br />6.
