Applications will be scored according to the scoring matrix,found in Attachment D on the advisory <br /> board website. <br /> Applicants must demonstrate capacity, procedures, and subject matter expertise to effectively <br /> address the priorities of Kittitas County and the BOCC found in Attachment A: Kittitas County <br /> Priorities, and the requirements in RCW 82.14.460. <br /> The funding recommendations will be presented to the BOCC during a regularly scheduled <br /> Commissioners Agenda meeting. Applicants will be encouraged to attend the meeting to address <br /> potential questions from the BOCC as they consider the recommendation. <br /> B.
