C p9CADF5 Tp .sec <br />y <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />KZTTITAS County <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />Formal Task Order Document <br />Natural Waters, LLC <br />Task Order Number 02 <br />Maximum Amount Payable $80,000 Completion Date <br />12/31/2027 <br />The general provisions and clauses of the Professional Services Agreement entered into <br />January 9, 2023 shall be in full force and effect for this Task Order. <br />Location of Project: Hungry Junction Road, Kittitas County, Ellensburg. <br />Project Title: Hungry Junction Improvement Project - H&H Technical Assistance <br />Description of Work: Work included in this Task Order Number 02 is to support the County by <br />providing hydrologic and hydraulic information for designing improvements to a water crossing located <br />on the Reecer Creek crossing Hungry Junction Road as directed by the County Engineer. A breakdown of <br />tasks is provided in the attached scope and fee. <br />Schedule: This Task Order Number 02 covers time and expenses to support Kittitas County for <br />approximately 2 years and 7 months and will remain active until December 31, 2027. <br />Cost Estimate: A not to exceed amount of $75,778.28 is allocated on a time and materials basis at a rate <br />of $254.74/hour for a Principal and $106.14 for an Administrative Assistant. This coincides with an <br />estimate of 302 hours as shown in the attached scope and fee title Exhibit A.
