1 . ScCIPegJeadractor's Services: contractor agrees to provide to the county services and any materiats set forth in the project narrative identified in Exhibit "A" during the Agreement period. No materiat, labor, or facitities witt be furnished by the County, unLess otherwise provided for in the Agreement' GENERAL CONDITIONS "AdditiOnat lnsUred'S" means the County, its Successors and assigns, and the respective directors, officers, emptoyees, agents and representatives of the County and its successors and assigns' ,,Suppoft,, means the foll,owing: contractor's directors, officers, emptoyees, agents and representatives; and sub-contractors of anytier; the respective directors, officers, emptoyees, agents and representatives of these sub- contractors of any tier; and any other person or entity acting under the direction or control of, or on behaLf of, contractor or any contractor's sub- Contractors of any tier in connection with or incident to the performance of the Work orthis Agreement. Where Exhibit "8" requires payments by the county, payment shatl' be based upon biltings, supported unless otheru,lise provided in Exhibit "B", bY documentation of units of work actuatty pefformed and amounts earned, incl'uding where appropriate' the actuat number of days worked each month, total number of hours for the month, and the totaL dottar payment requested.
