27.2 27.3 27.4 This Agreement embodies the entire Agreement between the county and Contractor, and supetsedes any and att prior agreements, regarding the Work' No change, amendment or modification of any provisions of this Agreement shal,l. be val.id untess setforth in a written instrument signed bythe partyto be bound thereby.
