Training and Exercise Program <br />Through the implementation of the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program <br />(HSEEP), organizations can use training and exercises to improve current and required Core <br />Capability levels, identify gaps, and overcome shortfalls. A Capabilities Assessment provides <br />gap analysis, by Core Capability, for each desired outcome and capability target; each of the <br />Homeland Security Regions is required to complete an assessment.
