BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2024-1 <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE CONTRACT AMENDMENT EXECUTION <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County and Contractor entered into a professional services contract on July 15, <br />2021; and <br />WHEREAS, the contract authorizes modifications that are in writing and signed by the parties; and <br />WHEREAS, both the County and the Contractor desire to amend the contract in the manner detailed in <br />the attached Contract Change that is hereby incorporated by this reference; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, authorizes execution of the contract amendment attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. <br />DATED this day of a am� 2024, at Ellensburg, Washington_ <br />BOARD OF COUNTY tiiM <br />KITTITAS COUNTY 4VA-SIO <br />.
