Application Questions: Part 3 o <br />4l Collaboration <br />Response 4.1: lf your organization collaborates or has created partnerships with other organizations, groups, or other events, <br />how is this accomplished?* <br />Effective collaboration and partnership building require clear communication, trust and a shared commiiment to achieving <br />common goals. When done successfully, such collaborations can significantly enhance lhe impact and success ol our events <br />while benefitting all padies involved. We cunently have collaboration from our intended first event of 2025 in Cle Elum (weather <br />permitting) with Cle Elum Roundup, Washingion State Horse Park as our partners. Then our continued parinerships from <br />Cowboy Cross and Arena*oss with major businesses that have been with us for the past 4 years in Ellensburg to get us into the <br />summer events in Ellensburg area. We are contaciing potential partners through email, phone calls, or in-person meeiings to <br />introduce our events and discuss the possibility of collaboration. By integrating these businesses into the event's marketing and participant <br />experience, you can create a win-win situaiion for both event aitendees and local entrepreneurs. Create a dedicated section on <br />ihe event website that lists our partner lodging, dining, and other business options. lnclude brief descriptions, contact information <br />and links to their websites. We will encourage our partner restaurants and businesses to offer exclusive discounts or coupons to <br />event attendees. These can be distributed as part of event packages or at the event venue. As we add new events and continue with the existing events, we <br />will ensure the longterm viability and success of the events through continued revenue generation through ticket sales to both <br />participants and speciators. To encourage repeat attendance, consider offering early-bird discounts, loyalty programs, and group <br />rates. Attraction of event sponsors who can provide financial suppori in exchange food brand visibility and exposure. Seeking <br />both local and regional sponsors with an interest in motorsports and outdoor activities. We will invite vendors and exhibitors <br />related io motorsports, winter and summer to participate in the events. Charge fees for booth space and showcase iheir <br />products or services to attendees. Continue sellng event merchandise. such as branded clothing, gear, and souvenirs, both <br />online and on-site. Generate revenue from on-site food and beverage sales.
