Response 3: Describe how you will promote your evenUactivity/facility to attract tourists. * <br />To attract iourists from outside of Kittiias County, the Ellensburg Music Festival plans to leverage the expertise of Manastash <br />Media, a local media company, to develop a targeted online adveriislng strategy. This approach will focus on reaching poiential <br />festival-goers 50+ miles outside the county, including larger metropolitan areas such as Seattle, Wenatchee, and Yakima. By <br />using geoiargeiing and audience segmentation techniques, Manastash Media will help ensure that ads are shown to the most <br />relevant demographics, maximizing exposure and ticket sales. <br />One of the key ways to reach potential tourists is through highly targeted social media advertising. Platforms like Facebook, <br />lnstagram, and YouTube offer advanced targeiing options based on locaiion, interests, age, and behaviors. Manastash Media <br />will design cusiom campaigns aimed at users interesled in live music, festivals, or outdoor activities within a 50+ mile radius of <br />Kittitas County. These platforms allow for precise geographic targeting, ensuring that ads reach potential attendees in urban <br />areas like Seattle, as well as smaller nearby towns where people may be looking for a weekend getaway. <br />The ads will feature dynamic content, such as video snippets from past festivals. artisi previews, and testimonials from previous <br />attendees. This approach not only highlights the diversiiy of the festival's music lineup but also promotes the overall experience, <br />including Ellensburg's charming venues and the outdoor reoeational activities available in the area. <br />We will also utilize printed posters, radio, newspaper and other physical forms of promotions. The overall campaign will focus <br />heavily on creating visr,rally engaging media with compelling storytelling to resonate with different target audiences. We worked <br />with Manastash Media in 2024 to create high-quality videos featuring snippets of live performances, the charm of Ellensburg's <br />venues, and interviews with past atlendees - all will be iniegral in making the festival stand out. Manastash Media's experience <br />in crafting visually rich and interactive online canrpaigns will ensure that the festival captures attenlion in competitive advertising <br />spaces. <br />We starled using Manastash Media inMay 2O24 a few months before last yeafs festival, so this is an ongoing relationship. <br />We are also rejoining the Chamber of Commerce fot 2025 and utilize lheir resources. <br />2500 cbaracter lirnil <br />Application Questions: Part 3 o <br />4l Collaboration <br />Response 4.1: lf your organization collaborates or has created partnerships with other organizations, groups, or other events, <br />how is this accomplished?* <br />We parlnerwith Manastash Media, The Red Pickle, The Ridge Restaurant, Ellensburg DowntownAssociation, City of <br />Ellensburg, CWU Music Department, Gallery One, The Clymer Museum, and various oiher sponsors/nonprofits. We are also <br />rejoining the Chamber of Commerce for 2425 and utilize their resources. <br />2500 character limit <br />Response 4.2: Describe howyou will promote lodging establishments, restaurants, and business located in Kittitas County* <br />We have already engaged in talks with Ellensburg Downtown Association to promote a guidebook or something similar to <br />promote special offers that businesses surrounding the festival can offer. We are doing a giveaway for 2025 that includes free <br />iickets and a hotel stay and/or restaurant gift certificate, which we will promote heavily over the next few months. <br />We also want to partner wiih a holel to provide a shuttle service. but that has not been fruitful yet. The idea would be book a <br />room. hop on the shuftle to bring you downtown, and then hop on the shuttle after music is done to go back to your room. <br />2500 character limit
