We are also pursuing individual performance and production sponsors in the business community. Those production sponsorships range from $1000 - $5000 each; we cannot list businesses we are pursuing these sponsorships with until contracts are signed. We also pursue in-kind donations for props/sets/costumes as needed for each production; those are typically finalized in the spring and are determined by the needs of the production. Lastly, while we have received other grants in 2024, they are earmarked for other expenses and productions. As for whai changes will be made if funding for your request is not available or recommended, we are planning broader advertising with the goal of attracting out of town visitors to the event; many of these ideas are outside our normal budget and we would have to re-evaluate if the project was not funded, and likely scale back on these promotions. ln addition, priniing costs significantly rose the last few years which affects our print advertising costs. This is one area directly affected by these grant funds: without which we might have to make changes to the quality/quantiiy of print advertising and promotion.
