We now use a physical visitor logbook located in ihe Kiosk <br />structure for people to fill out when visiting the cemetery. This information assists in capturing a more accurate account of the <br />number of visitors and where they travel from. By making a small change to our log we were better able to capture the number <br />of lodging nights. Based on our security camera hits we estimate that only aboul l0-12ok of visttors sign the logbook. This is an <br />improvement over last year's estimate of 6%. We will continue to work on ways to improve that data. <br />At our events we continue to offer surveys using door prizes to entice people to fill them out. We will continue to work on <br />inrproving the tracking of attendees, padicularly those from out of the area, and capturing lodging nights information. <br />We also r"rse sign in sheets at our guest presentations and for events where the survey/door prize model isn't appropriate. These <br />sheets are similar to the visitor logs we use at the cemetery and track paid overnight lodging information in addition to out of <br />courlty attendees.
