Response 1.1: Please provide a description of your projecUevent. * <br />Gallery One requests funds to support our annual marketing efforts through online, radio and print platforms, exhibit expenses, <br />and conference and booth evenl representation at industry related events and marketing with other cultural organizations in <br />addition to consultation to develop marketing strategies. We promote our annual offerings of events, exhibits, classes, and <br />unique gift shop io self-identified arts lovers, the cultural tourist, and those who seek value added experiences to their time in <br />Kittitas County. <br />Gallery One is a one-of-a-kind contemporary arts hub in the center of Washington state offering unique experiences. events and <br />exhibits that people travel to experience. To highlight a few of our most unique offerings' <br />> Classes: Because of the success we have experienced in our one of kind ceramics studio, we have also opened a screen <br />printing studio thai will equally be available to artists from around the state at a low entry point for classes. workshops and <br />product development. Residents from Mount Vernon. As mentioned <br />above we feel that we have unrque offerings in the county that include <br />1) regular hours throughout the year including the off season with free access to all ages and are open on Sundays: <br />2) a(making faciljties and classes worth travelling for as is the case of our ceramics studio and new printmaking studio; <br />3) we now also opened a second location on Main Street for other artists and nonprofits. adding to the cultural vitality of <br />downtown: <br />4) we are an anchor parlicipant in the popular First Friday Art Walk spurring economic activity for the entire downtown; <br />5) our exhibits feature nationally acclaimed artists such as MacArthur Genius Award Winner Trimpin. alongside emerging and <br />regional adists. <br />6) our events are centered around art and engagement and are fun ways to meet people and experience art.
