The Contractor shall have sole responslbility for ensurlng the insurance coverage and <br />limits required are obtalned by subcontradors. <br />'NOTE: No contract shall form untll and unless a copy of the Certificats of <br />lnEurance with Endoreements/Excluslons, properly completed and ln ths amount <br />required, is attf,ched hereto. <br />Fallure of the Gontractorto fully comply wlth the above insurance requirements durlng <br />the term of the Agreement shall be considered a materlal breach of contract and cause <br />for lmmsdlate termination of the Agreement atthe County's discretlon. Altematively, the <br />County may prccurc and malnlain, at the ContractoCs sole expensg, lnsurance to the <br />extentdeemed pruper up to the amount of the required coverage(s).
