Contractor hereby waives all rights of rccourse, including any right to whlch another may be subrogated, against Kittitas County for personal injury, including death, and property damage, Contractot'$ lnsurance policles required above shall he primary insurance and shall be non-contributing with any other lnsurance malntained by Klttitas County.
