There may also be <br />collaboration botween CornpassDlrect Healthcare and KCJ mental health staff requlrod <br />during this contract. <br />Research and Evaluqlion <br />CompassDlrect Healthcare wlll evaluate the euce,ess of the KCJ behavioral/mental <br />health practitioner and Clinical $taff successe$ by tracking data associated wlth these <br />servlces. This will lnctude the number of inmatos seon, the total numberof inmatss <br />treated, and perhaps most importantly, the recidivism rate for inmates who were treated <br />with behavioial/mental health medicatlons while in custody at KCJ. KCJ will gather and <br />analyze this data wlth quarterly and annual reporting available, unfess othenvlse <br />requ-ested by KCJ. Anyadditional specific metrlcs KCJ desires to betracked may be <br />requested as well. <br />KCJ is the ownerof the research data, to the extent consistent with and allowed by the <br />grant funding and may make use of the de-identified data for the educatlon of the publlo <br />and other entities. <br />At leaet quarterly a rapr€oentative from CompassDlrect Heafthcare will be invited to <br />pargclpate in a meetlng and sharc any pertinent information regarding suoce$$ss or <br />barriers of the pfogramming, howthe parlies oan irnprove on proces$es Or <br />comrnunlcation, and present information ao roquested.
