Any denral of the permit shall be sub1ect to appeal to the superior court by action filed within 10 <br />days of the denial <br />When apy type of physical facility is required or subject to approval hereunder, preliminary approval <br />may be granted based r-rpon specific plans proposed and submitted bythe applicant. All such <br />facilrties shall be in existence five or more days before event for whrch an application rs submitted <br />shall begtin and shall be sublect to inspection by the approving agencies or departments at their <br />conrrenience. The inspections shall be macle and approval or disapproval granted on or before the <br />fifth day precedrng the event Failure to act by the County wrthin said period constitutes a waiver of <br />the before mentioned inspection by the County Should the actual facilrty or construction fail to meet <br />the standards approved in the proposed plans, such prelrminary approiral shall be wrthdrarrun and any <br />and all permits granted subject to suclr approval shall be withdrawn. No inspection fee or approval <br />fee slrall be chargecl other than ihe general permit fee reqirired hereunder <br />Every applrcation made under thrs chapter shall be accompanied by pians for sanitary facilitres, food <br />and drink services and facilrtres, solid waste disposal, fire safety and protection, traffrc control, <br />parkrng, securrity, Iiabrlity insurance anci a statement of the anticipated rmpact, including noise, of the <br />publrc entertainment, amusement cr assembly on the citizens and publrc aqencies of Kittrtas County <br />Upon receipt of the applicatron, the clerk for the Board of County Cornmissioners shall submit copies <br />of the applicatron to the follcvving officers. agencies or electeci officers of Kittitas County or other <br />governmental or regulatory aEencies for their'input on the foilowing: <br />i The County Healtn Offrcei-regarding the pian for sanitary facilrtres. foocl and dr-ink <br />services and facilrires; ancl <br />2.
