Scope of Work Kittitas County Solid Waste 553-1763-010 Ryegrass LPL and Future Uses 4 May 2025 Amendment 03 Some of the work completed under this task includes: • Preparation of the Landfill Gas Monitoring plan. • Coordination with HWA to troubleshoot well B7. • Assisting HWA with field work preparation. • Assistance with measure to handle the leaking septage lagoon. • Meetings with client to review the lagoon hole and emergency land application. • Review of the new Ecology Ruling for Biosolids Land Application and implications for the County. • Site Specific Land Application Plan (SSLAP) changes to include the expanded land application area. • Prepared financial assurance calculations and updated the waste projections. • Coordination with Ecology. Budget We estimate that the scope of services described herein will require the below budget modifications. Parametrix agrees not to exceed the budget without the County’s authorization. However, if during the work, a level of effort beyond the scope of our work appears necessary, Parametrix will contact the County immediately to discuss any necessary modifications to the scope of services and/or budget estimate. The budget presented in this proposal reflects an estimate based on our current understanding of the project requirements for a scope of work developed from information provided. Parametrix reserves the right to transfer hours and budget dollars between tasks to satisfy project requirements. The budget reflects estimated direct costs to the project. Parametrix may transfer funds allocated for direct costs to professional/technical hours, or vice versa, to satisfy project requirements.
