CITY OF CLE ELUM/KITTITAS COUNTY SHERIFF <br />17. APPLICABILITY: The covenants, agreements, terms, and conditions contained in this lease shall apply <br />to and be binding upon Lessor and Lessee and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors <br />and assigns. Notwithstanding any other provision of this lease agreement, in the event Lessor files for <br />bankruptcy during the term of the lease, and as a result there is a change in the ownership of the leased <br />premises, the lease is assigned or otherwise transferred to a new lessor, or any other material impact results <br />to this lease agreement or to Lessee, Lessee shall have the option (but not the obligation) to terminate the <br />lease early, with no number of minimum days' notice required, and be reimbursed by Lessor for any <br />unearned portion of rent already paid by Lessee, prorated to the effective date of Lessee's termination of <br />the lease. <br />18. INTEGRATION: Exhibits and Recitals are incorporated herein by this reference. This lease embodies <br />the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein contained.
