PROJECT DESCRIPTION This proposal is based on the email dated January 28,2025 (from Rustin Hall)and the previously contracted 50%Design Development civil design work for the project in 2024.The project now proposes to complete the remaining design scope of work and construction for the Ellensburg Rodeo Arena Improvements project.The project scope and cost has been set at a current construction budget of $1 2.2M.The project proposes a new northwest covered seating section,new pedestrian bridge, concourse improvements,and a portion of the support services under the seating. In addition,the area north of the existing and new seating will be paved to provide ADA access from the Golden Buckle all the way over to the west end of the arena.
