EXHIBIT “B” <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work,the County shall provide the <br />following to the Contractor:$984,973.00 as well as any reimbursable expenses for travel <br />and per diem costs up to $20,000.00. <br />Refer to Attachments A and B for breakdown and total sum. <br />Unforeseen additional expenses shall require a written change order and must be approved <br />in writing by the Event Center Director before such work commences. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 15
