EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Pursuant to any and all state legal requirements and regulations,the Contractor will <br />supply the services detailed in full in Exhibit “D”to which includes supporting <br />attachments:Attachment A,Attachment B,and Attachment C. <br />The Contractor shall not deviate from this scope of work without a change order <br />approved in writing by the Event Center Director.Additional services provided by the <br />Contractor including,but not limited to,costly repairs or connection services,are not <br />contemplated by this agreement and the County assumes no responsibility for such <br />work. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 14
