05/05/2025 MINUTES 3 <br />Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator, followed up with the Board on <br />the DRAFT Joint City/County Special Meeting Agenda to see if there <br />were any other changes before publishing. Commissioner Wright <br />questioned why there was no public comment on it and stated he would <br />follow up with the Mayor to discuss possibly adding it. He will <br />report back to Staff. <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator, brought forward a request from <br />Susan Ferrell to have a meeting with the Board of County <br />Commissioners and her neighbors on Umptanum Road to discuss concerns <br />about the commercial truck activity from the rock pits along <br />Umptanum Road.
