05/05/2025 MINUTES 2 <br />DISCUSSION DIGITAL SIGNATURE CHOICE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Zane Kinney, Assistant IT Director, reviewed the 4 digital signature <br />options the Board has for consideration to adopt for the County & to <br />create a policy around. The Board discussed preferences but opted to <br />give the project to the Policy Committee for recommendation. Mr. <br />Kinney stated he would also bring it before the Central Services <br />Committee. <br /> <br />REQUEST NOISE WAIVER – STEBBINS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator, presented a Noise Ordinance <br />Waiver from Andrew Stebbins to host a gathering at Amabilis Mountain <br />Summit from May 31 – June 1, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. She <br />reviewed details specific to the event and reviewed the <br />recommendation received from the Sheriff’s Office. Commissioner <br />Wright moved to deny the Noise Ordinance Waiver request as <br />presented, noting the feedback of the Sheriff's Office, as well as <br />not supporting the proposed disturbance to others camping in the <br />area. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />UPDATE WHITE BOARD COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board reviewed their current whiteboard topics and provided <br />status updates. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION COUNTY FACEBOOK COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined that for the week of May 5, 2025, they would <br />post the following on their Facebook page: 2026 Comprehensive Plan <br />Periodic Update Community Workshops on May 17th, 2025 in Upper and <br />Lower County; Announcement of Microgrants for LTAC being accepted; <br />Newsletter from CDS for the 2026 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Update. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis for the year. The assignments for 2025 <br />were determined at the Board of County Commissioners Office Admin <br />meeting earlier on and they will continue to provide updates at <br />future meetings. <br /> <br />Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their respective <br />departments and exchanged details of those meetings. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br /> <br />There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the <br />Board participated in, individually, over the past week. <br />
