Full Force and Effect. <br /> <br />Except as otherwise provided in this Amendment, all other terms and provisions of the <br />Agreement, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />8. Counterparts; Signatures. <br /> <br />This Amendment may be signed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an <br />original, but all of which shall constitute one and the same agreement. Signatures <br />transmitted electronically shall be deemed valid execution of this Amendment and <br />binding on the Parties. <br /> <br /> <br />Signature page follows.
