As part of the study, the feasibility of a public/private partnership to share costs of <br />construction and improvements will be explored. The feasibility study will also exam <br />ownership models of this space that allow public and private investment. This planning <br />grant will assist in the groundwork for a technological transfer, training and development <br />hub to support economic and workforce development in the Central Washington Region. <br />This project will help to harness the intellectual power of Central Washington University <br />to create relationships with business and industry.
