After the Public Hearing on April 1, 2025, the KVEC <br />Director was informed that the rate should have been presented as a <br />daily rate. <br />The KVEC Director would like to present the Fair RV Dry <br />Camping rates at another public hearing for a proposed $40/night. <br />The year-round dry camping rate is $20/night, so the $40/night has <br />been evaluated as a fair price given the highly sought out and <br />valued event taking place. <br />INTERACTION: Kittitas County Fair Board <br />Kittitas Valley Event Center <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Support to begin Public Hearing process <br />ATTACHMENT(S): None <br />LEAD STAFF: Kady Porterfield, Kittitas Valley Event Center Director <br />
